Baroom Administration and Shopping Centre
15-storey administration building and 3-storey shopping centre as an annex to the administration building.
The main frame of both buildings consists of a steel structure with pre fabricated concrete elements for the facades.
A pile foundation was necessary for the administration building and a shallow foundation for the shopping centre.
