Oman National Railway

 Towards successful implementation of the National Railway Project in the Sultanate of Oman, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (Employer) wishes to engage an experienced Client’s Representative’s Consulting Engineer, with skills and resources in the field of major railway projects, in order to prepare the Tender Documents for Preliminary Design Consultant (PDC) and also to assist and support during the tendering period including preparation of Tender Evaluation & Recommendation Report.

The major role of Dorsch Consult Asia Co., Ltd is to perform the high quality in providing advice to the Client with regards to the international requirements in terms of technical support and also commercial supports in order to recommend the successful bidder to develop the conceptual design and to prepare the tender documents for Design and Build Contractor.

Projektleistungen

  • Working closely to the Client (ONR) to understand the Clients’ requirements
  • Providing advises to the Clients with regards to the scope of works set for Preliminary Design Consultant in term of technical and commercial supports
  • Preparation of Tender Document for Preliminary Design Consulting Package, this includes all conceptual design and preparation of tender documents for the Design & Built (D&B) Contractor
  • Tendering support services to the Client covering the pre-qualification of the Preliminary Design Consultant (PDC) and the supporting services for the contracting of the Preliminary Design Consultant (PDC) to carry out the conceptual design and the preparation of tender documents for Design and Build Contractor Package. This includes the preparation of Tender Evaluation and Recommendation Report.
