Project Management Services for GSPC Administration Building Bhavan

Dorsch Consult was assigned the task of carrying out Construction Management and Supervisory services for the construction of an eight-storey corporate office building for GSPC at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Duties include quality control of materials and works, establishment of Project Master Schedule and separate detailed schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and close out phases, cost planning and control and project reporting.
