Leadership Workshop of Dorsch Europe: Digitalisation and AI as a Shared Strategic Priority

| News

Dorsch Engineers has long integrated digital methods into its project work. The group-wide leadership workshop organised by Dorsch Europe has reinforced that AI is not a standalone topic but a shared responsibility across the entire group.

Digitalisation and AI at Dorsch Engineers

BIM is firmly established in day-to-day project work at Dorsch Engineers, spanning building construction, infrastructure, and water and environment. Alongside this, AI tools have increasingly become part of working routines: in the analysis of planning data, in AI-supported preparation of reports and documentation, and in the development of proposals and client communication.

Dorsch Europe made an early commitment to Langdock as a group-wide AI platform, gaining a head start over many competitors in the industry. What sets Langdock apart from a simple AI interface is the way the group's companies develop their own agents and workflows, tailored to the specific tasks they encounter in project practice. Dorsch Engineers contributes its cross-disciplinary expertise to this development.

Leadership Workshop of the Dorsch Europe Group

In early July, more than 100 senior leaders from all nine companies of the Dorsch Europe Group gathered at Hotel Kloster Haydau. The central topic: artificial intelligence and its practical application in engineering projects.

For Dorsch Engineers, the workshop both confirmed the direction already taken and provided a renewed impetus to deepen collaboration across the group. AI is not an abstract topic for the future. The real question is how we deploy it purposefully and responsibly in our project work. This requires a shared understanding across the group, active support for teams, and a clear stance from leadership.

Dorsch Engineers is part of Dorsch Europe and continues to develop its digital capabilities and AI expertise both internally and in close collaboration with the wider group.
