Establishing Traffic Infrastructure for the Football Allianz Arena
For the new world championship stadium, Allianz Arena in Munich, an new traffic connection is necessary. The work package comprises the construction of buildings and the associated infrastructure (sewers, roads, etc.).
Within the framework of the new infrastructure measure there is a need for an assessment of environmental risks related to soil and groundwater.
Investigations revealed the existence of soil and groundwater contamination within the area which is listed in the contaminated site file of the public authorities. Therefore remediation measures are planned and performed in co-ordination with the client and the relevant public authorities.
DORSCH CONSULT has been contracted by the City of Munich to perform services as environmental adviser within the scope of the infrastructure measure.
