Headquarter dmc² Hanau Wolfgang

Conversion of a former manufacturing plant, build in 1910, into modern administrative offices for the board of directors of dmc², a subsidiary of Degussa.

To maintain the substance and charm of the old plant and also keep the impression of wide spaciousness of the old hall, we based our architectural concept on the idea of „a home within the home“.

Apart from only a few minor changes, the facade of the building remains unchanged and even retains ist original patina.

The delicately formed self supporting steel structure accommodates the upper office level.
