Mixed Use Development for Axa Colonia Office and Residential Building

The task here required our structural load experts to also and foremost consider the economical aspects in their calculations, for this building being aslant, as can well be seen in the above shown picture.

Our static concept solved the problem for this slanted 12 storey building, which included tilted walls and supports, and incidentally, an elevator up the whole building running also aslant; by bracing the building with connecting bridges to the adjacent horse shoe-shaped complex, and all that designed tensile and pressure proof.
