New EUREF Campus in Düsseldorf: Planning of the technical systems since the conception phase of the facility

This is an innovation hub consisting of an office/event location and a mobility hub. Space is to be created for both global players and start-ups. There is also a restaurant and an event location. An innovative air-conditioning system for the supply of clean air is to be built in the immediate vicinity of the airport. This will provide an innovative energy supply consisting of local generation and district heating as well as the use of a nearby lake as a heat source and sink. 

Outcome:

• The campus will already meet the German 2045 energy sustainability targets with operation in 2024
