Tilal Al Nabbagh: Integrated residential development design
Across 514 hectares in Al Ain, a coherent residential development is being created that connects housing with social and public amenities. The aim is to create a self-contained urban environment with convenient access for families.
A development of this scale requires an urban planning concept that combines housing with comprehensive social and technical infrastructure. Education and healthcare facilities must be integrated alongside roads and utility networks to support Al Ain's long-term growth.
As lead design consultant, Dorsch Global provides masterplanning, concept, schematic and detailed design, as well as construction supervision. The plans cover 2,400 villas of varying sizes together with schools, mosques, nurseries, clinics, community centres and retail facilities. They also cover roads and networks for stormwater, irrigation, power and telecommunications, as well as the preparation of tender and contract documentation.
