Heat network 4.0 compliant heat supply concept for Mainova in Parkstadt 2

The subject of the project is the preparation of a feasibility study in accordance with Module I of the BAFA Heat Network Funding 4.0 for a new innovative heat supply system for the new Parkstadt 2 district in Frankfurt am Main with approx. 1,000 residential units. A heating network with a flow temperature of 55°C is planned, coupled with an existing network for peak load supply. An innovative heat supply system with PVT heat pumps (waste heat from PV and air collector as heat source) in bivalent operation and peak load coverage via coupling with neighbouring heating network is to be created. The drinking water supply is provided by decentralised housing stations in compliance with the 3-litre rule.
